The Avancé Difference
At many vein centers, you meet the doctor once. At Avancé, Dr. Tadepalli personally performs your consultation, your duplex ultrasound, and your treatment. Nothing rushed. Nothing delegated.
Know the Signs
Aching, swelling, restless legs, and skin changes are how veins ask for help — and vein disease is one of medicine’s most undertreated conditions.
Aching, tired, or heavy legs by end of day — often the first sign of venous insufficiency.
Swelling that worsens through the day and improves after elevating your legs overnight.
Rope-like, twisted veins visible beneath the skin surface of your legs or thighs.
Fine red, blue, or purple web-like veins on thighs, calves, or ankles.
Nighttime cramping or restless legs linked to poor venous circulation.
Darkening, thickening, or itching skin — a late sign of chronic venous disease.

Procedures
Every procedure is performed personally by Dr. Tadepalli, in-office, under local anesthesia — chosen from your duplex ultrasound findings, not from a menu.
01 · RFA
Heat energy delivered via a thin catheter is designed to close the refluxing vein — rerouting blood to healthy vessels. A widely used, guideline-supported treatment for great saphenous vein incompetence.
May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met. Best for bulging, twisted varicosities and the chronic venous insufficiency behind aching, heaviness, and swelling — without vein stripping surgery. All procedures are outpatient and completed in under an hour.

Laser precision delivered via fiber-optic catheter closes faulty veins with pinpoint accuracy. No large surgical incisions, no hospital stay — the small access puncture generally leaves minimal marks.
A minimally invasive alternative to old-fashioned vein stripping surgery, without surgical incisions. Best for saphenous vein reflux where vein anatomy favors laser over radiofrequency — the duplex ultrasound decides. May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met.
Learn more about EVLA →03 · Varithena
FDA-approved microfoam injectable that treats even difficult tortuous varicosities — especially where catheters can’t reach.
An injection session is designed to close the refluxing saphenous vein with minimal discomfort and rapid recovery; one or more sessions may be needed depending on anatomy and response. Best for twisting, tortuous veins and recurrent disease after prior treatment. May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met.
Learn more about Varithena →04 · VenaSeal
A non-thermal treatment that closes refluxing saphenous veins with medical-grade adhesive delivered through a catheter under ultrasound guidance.
Best for patients who prefer to avoid thermal energy or compression stockings, and for veins where tumescent anesthesia is less suitable. May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met.
Learn more about VenaSeal →05 · USGFS
Real-time ultrasound guides foam sclerosant to treat veins invisible to the naked eye. Ideal for recurrent or complex venous disease.
Dr. Tadepalli performs all ultrasound evaluations and guided treatments himself. Best for veins that feed visible clusters from below the surface, and for disease that has returned after earlier treatment. May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met.
Learn more about sclerotherapy →06 · Microstab
Bulging surface veins removed through punctures a few millimetres wide — also called microphlebectomy. In-office, under local anesthesia, walking out the same day.
Best for rope-like surface veins, and often combined with ablation in a single session so the source and the visible vein are treated together. The 2–3 mm punctures are closed with adhesive strips rather than stitches. May be covered when medically necessary and your plan’s criteria are met.
Learn more about Microstab →Also part of care here: duplex ultrasound — the diagnostic map every plan starts from — compression therapy, and visual sclerotherapy for surface spider veins.
What to Expect
Call or book online — no referral needed. Your unhurried visit includes a full history and exam, and we confirm your appointment within one business day.
Dr. Tadepalli personally performs a comprehensive duplex ultrasound in-office to map your venous anatomy and pinpoint the source of the problem.
A clear plan with insurance details up front — EVLA, RFA, Varithena, sclerotherapy, or microphlebectomy as indicated. Most procedures take under an hour. No surprises.
Minimal downtime. Most patients walk in, walk out, and resume normal activity the same afternoon — with follow-up ultrasound to confirm the result.
