Avancé Vein Care offers your patients rapid access to board-certified venous and lymphatic care. Dr. Satish Tadepalli, MD, MPH, DABVLM, personally performs every consultation, every duplex ultrasound (on site), and every procedure. Referred patients are typically seen within one week, and a consult report is faxed to your office within 48 hours of the visit. Insurance is verified before the appointment, and pre-authorization is handled by our staff.
What your patient can expect
- An unhurried consultation with the physician: history, exam, and duplex ultrasound in one visit
- A plain-language explanation of findings and a conservative-first treatment plan
- Office-based procedures under local anesthesia; patients walk in and walk out the same day
- You will know your expected costs up front, benefits verified and discussed before any treatment
Appropriate referrals
- Chronic venous insufficiency, CEAP classes C2–C6
- Symptomatic varicose veins (aching, heaviness, swelling, night cramps)
- Non-healing or recurrent venous leg ulcers
- Superficial thrombophlebitis; edema of suspected venous origin
- Spider veins where the patient desires evaluation (cosmetic-only care is self-pay and identified as such)
Treatments offered on site include radiofrequency ablation, endovenous laser ablation, Varithena®, VenaSeal™, and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.
